VIP club levels, cashback and rebate
The Live Casino House VIP club has six levels, and you climb them with points earned by playing. Higher levels raise your cashback and rebate, and from Gold upward they add a birthday bonus. Here is the full table and an explanation of how the two rewards differ.

How the VIP club levels work
Every member of the Live Casino House VIP club starts at Bronze. As you play you collect points, and your points total decides your level. The earning rate is set on the platform, where you can also see your running total.
The six levels in full
| Level | Cashback | Rebate (rolling) | Birthday bonus | Points to reach |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 2% | 0.35% | None | Starting level |
| Silver | 2% | 0.35% | None | 100 |
| Gold | 7% | 0.45% | 1,350,000 VND | 1,000 |
| Diamond | 8% | 0.50% | 4,050,000 VND | 1,500 |
| Platinum | 10% | 0.75% | 13,500,000 VND | 5,000 |
| Black | 12% | 1.00% | 40,500,000 VND | 15,000 |
The big step is from Silver to Gold, where cashback rises from 2% to 7% and the birthday bonus begins. The daily and weekend reloads, by contrast, stay with Bronze and Silver.
Cashback and rebate with an example
Rebate, also called rolling, is paid on turnover: a small percentage of everything you bet, win or lose. Cashback is paid on net losses, so a share of what you lost over the period comes back.
Take a Gold member who bets 20,000,000 VND over a period and ends it 2,000,000 VND down. Rebate at 0.45% of 20,000,000 VND is 90,000 VND, and cashback at 7% of 2,000,000 VND is 140,000 VND. A Black member with the same play would see 200,000 VND and 240,000 VND.
The example shows the mechanism only. The calculation period, the games that count and any minimum or maximum are set on the platform’s VIP page.
Birthday bonus
From Gold upward, members receive a birthday bonus, from 1,350,000 VND at Gold to 40,500,000 VND at Black. Ask support how it is credited and whether wagering applies, and check the date of birth on your account well before the day.
Other member privileges
- Quests. A daily check-in and play quests to complete on the platform.
- Points and Reward shop. Points set your level, and the Reward shop is where rewards are redeemed.
- Coupons and Refer a Friend. Vouchers for members, and a reward for introducing a new player.
- Monthly Raffle. One point equals one raffle coupon, with prizes drawn at the end of each month.
The trade-off with bonuses
Taking any bonus pauses points, rebate, cashback and refer-a-friend rewards until it is completed or cancelled. A 5% live casino reload on 2,000,000 VND adds 100,000 VND but carries x12 wagering. A Bronze member who plays the same money without it keeps 2% cashback on any loss and 0.35% rebate on every bet, and goes on earning points. The promotions page lists every offer so you can compare.
The club is for members aged 18 and over, and a level is never a reason to bet more than you planned; see the responsible gaming page. New players start by opening an account, and the live casino guide covers the tables.
VIP club FAQ
Do I need to apply to join the VIP club?
No. Every member starts at Bronze automatically, and levels change as your points total grows.
What is the difference between Bronze and Silver?
The rates are the same: 2% cashback and 0.35% rebate. Silver, at 100 points, is simply the first step toward Gold at 1,000 points.
Can Gold members still claim reload bonuses?
Daily and weekend reloads are limited to Bronze and Silver. The Thursday deposit bonuses are open to all members. From Gold, cashback of 7% or more becomes the main benefit.
When are cashback and rebate credited?
The schedule is set on the platform and can change, so it is not repeated here. Check the VIP page there or ask live chat, and ask whether a level has to be maintained once you reach it.
